| Loom Data Monitoring System | | • Koosha LDM users are constantly informed about the actual situation in the weave room resulting in faster reactions to problems and an increased efficiency.• Powerful analysis tools allow quick identification of poor performing machines and bottlenecks in planning, resulting in an optimal usage of production capacities.• With today’s small order quantities and short delivery times, scheduling has become a critical function for the textile mill. Koosha LDM offers the planning department facilities allowing them to optimize loom loading based on real time information. | | | On Line monitoringThe most important real time analysis tool in Koosha LDM is the on-line Monitoring. On this color-coded layout of the mill, the machines are pictured in 4 colors, each color indicating a certain machine status such as warp, weft or mechanical stop or on and off status.User definable “filter sets” allow the user to display only these machines which correspond with a certain condition. A “mouse click” on a specific machine files window with a detailed report showing all required information for the selected machine. | | | Software Properties• Web based & Client-independent• Object Oriented programming with J2EE Technology• Multi language • SQL database as Backed data repository • Online & Offline help | | | ReportsAll data is stored in a relational database and is available for history reporting.Once a report layout has been defined, the user can select it for a variety of selection keys such as by machine type, by weaver, by style, etc… and for any period such as shift, day, week, month or even year. Some of these reports are as follows:• Efficiency of machines, workers and the factory in different spans of time• Function of different machines on different types of machines and spans of time• Halts of machines on different warp, weft and mechanical stops and in different spans of time• Performance of personal based on function, efficiency and halts in favorable spans of time• Speed of weaving machines and their change for the whole plant• Reports on weaving with different designs, predication of weaving completion and special reports such as halt/meter for quality, warp and/or weft yarns for each type of halt• Presenting various types of graphic reports for comparing of status of workers and machines• Reports on best, weakest and average workers in order to analyze functions of machines and performances of workers• Presenting statistical analyses to study the activities performed in specific spans of timeDisplay of on-line of the plant with schematic and graphic presentation will make it possible to control on-line from any point.Regarding HTML format of pages, the final operator easily can e-mail the reports. | | |
